ELLA (the beer formerly known as "Black Friday" & a Gold & Bronze Medal Winner) is a 12.8% Belgian Quad, aged in apple brandy barrels for a year. A multidimensional beer, with notes of rich caramel, toasted bread, & dried fruits, with a slightly sweet finish. Taste a liquid win!

RALPHIUS is a 15.1% Russian Imperial Stout, aged in bourbon barrels for a year. This beer is complex, with pleasant roastiness, Baker's chocolate, dark, jammy fruits, vanilla, & a smooth, warm bourbon finish.
