In celebration of National Grilled Cheese Month in April, OC Baking Company and Provisions Market will join forces to host The Big Cheese, Orange County’s first grilled cheese festival and competition. How it will go down:OC Baking Company Master Baker Dean Kim will supply locally produced freshly baked bread to top OC Chefs competing for the title of “The Big Cheese” - the event attendees vote for their favorite to win!When: Monday, April 14th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Where: Provisions Market (143 N.
