It's time!! South Texas Mix Off! A mixology competition organized for bartenders, by bartenders.$35 entrance fee per bartender. All competitors must register with Lorenzo Garcia or The Quarter as soon as possible.• 1st Prize - $500• 2nd Prize - $200 • People's Choice Award - $300We are working with sponsors and vendors to add to the prize list and amounts so stay tuned for more.Competitors will have a limited time to make create the same cocktail we select, then one bartender original cocktail. There will be a panel of judges scoring on technique, creativity, and taste while a panel of blind judges will be scoring based on taste and flavor profile. We will also intriduce a new category; The People's Choice Award; voted on by the crowd in attendance. All cocktails must be made with one of the sponsored spirits.
