Bill Sysak, or as he’s more often referred to, “Dr. Bill,” is the Craft Beer Ambassador for Stone Brewing Co. “Dr.” Bill is considered one of the foremost experts in the world when it comes to beer and food pairings. Bill is one of the most respected figures in the craft beer industry, with a palate that is legendary. He is also an aficionado of fine wines, spirits, food, and cigars. His expertise allows him to simultaneously pair great craft beer, whiskeys and cigars for this unique pairing experience.
 On September 20th , from 1-4pm, Jack Rose Dining Saloon Beer Director Nahem Simon invites you to celebrate National Bourbon month and the amazing beers from Stone Brewing Co. as “Dr.” Bill guides you through a tasting journey that will take your senses to a new level.
Dr. Bill has meticulously paired six incredible Stone Brewing Co. beers, with six amazing whiskies, and two boutique cigars fromW. Curtis Draper Tobacconist, and a ‘digestif’ craft cocktail produced by Jack Rose Beverage Director Trevor Frye; culminating in an incredible flavor experience.
