Our regional rep from Founders, Scott Searles, and Ermanos Executive Chef David Valencia will walk you through 5 delicious beers and plates from our up-and-coming chefs.- Mosaic Promise Session IPA 5.5%w/ Rainbow trout "mi-cuit", watermelon, grapefruit- Double Trouble Double IPA 9.4% 86 IBUw/ Variations of asparagus in its natural environment- Devil Dancer Triple IPA 12.0% 112 IBUw/ Ribs, Memphis style- Curmudgeon Old Ale 9.8% 50 IBUw/ Apple, bacon and thyme- Imperial Stout 10.5% 90 IBUw/ TurtlesThe Double Trouble will be the first tapping in Arizona for 2015!
