Join the Saugatuck Brewing Company for an enjoyable and educational evening of delicious treats. Crafts and Courses will be led by Amy Sherman, host of the Great American Brew Trail, hostt at Behind The Mitten and Culinary Expert.Five elegant courses will be paired with a specific beer to either compliment or contrast the flavors of the dish. Guided by Amy, you will learn about how the flavors are perceived with the beer and what to taste for.All dishes will be crafted with elements of the beer that it is being paired with.
