Buellton - Lizard's Mouth with Equinox Hops
Santa Barbara - Hoppy Poppy with Columbus Hops
Los Olivos - Hoppy Poppy with Pommelo ZestCask beer, or "real ale", is unfiltered beer that is transferred into a firkin (a barrel like container made of stainless steel or wood). Some form of sugar is added to kick-start a secondary fermentation which in turn carbonates the beer. Cask beer is softer in texture than standard draft beers.
