To ensure that our Third Anniversary will go down right in the history books, we have conjured up another master piece for your enjoyment. Based off of a Belgian Tripel, we have crafted this beer in terms of three. Three different malts, three different Belgian Candy sugars including raw honey, three different hops and over three weeks in oak barrels. The end result? A remarkable beverage with complexities of spices, dark fruits like figs and dates, oak and Chardonnay flavors. Sit back, relax and enjoy this truly remarkable beer!

This beer has a delicious Graham cracker aroma with a slight malty highlight. Cherry combines with raisin, some spiciness and a few alcohol esters. The flavor has a rich caramel sweetness that leads into a diverse mixture of malt characters. There is also a taste of clove with a little herbal hops and a light hotness. In the finish you will find a flicker of warmth and a mildly dry sensation as well as low sweetness and medium mouthfeel.

Pathos has a slightly burnt malt aroma. However it’s balanced on the sweet side with a massive chocolate profile that has hints of toffee and caramel. Moderate earthy hop aromas help guide the senses to the chocolate experience. The flavor is forward driven by chocolate and minor flavors of burnt, roasty malt characters. Because of the rich chocolate nature, the aftertaste is somewhat drier than actual but a lingering sweetness does carry out the finish.

This truly magnificent English Barleywine is crafted with one thing in mind, sophistication! Considered the strongest ale offered by breweries, our English Barleywine highlights a malty richness which is balanced with subdued esters of prune, raisin, and date characteristics. The intense malty caramel-like aroma entangles perfection with our noble hop selection. This full bodied beer is fairly high on alcohol; however its presence is overcome by the multi-layered complexity of our selection of malts. Oak aged versions will yield more depth of character with a slight hint of vanilla obtained during the aging process.
