This IPA is a collaboration with our buddies at Unsung Brewing. Brewed with Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic, Strata, El Dorado, and Talus this beer has a dank and fruity aroma with notes of passionfruit and stonefruit. On the palate it has a solid, but not overbearing, bitter backbone of pithy grapefruit.

Common Core was made as a collaboration with HopSaint Brewery in Torrance. It's a strong pale ale which falls directly between our Pale Ales and West Coast IPA's in terms of ABV. Taking the approach of "new school meets old school", we used two classic hop varietals in the whirlpool, then added dimension in the dry hop with Talus, a newer hop that is known for big rose/grapefruit/cedar aromas and flavors.
