This beer was designed to be a hybrid combination of our individual kettle soured series, Water Colors, and Lily of the Valley. We decided to give it a wacky dessert smoothie theme and hit it with Blueberry, Chocolate, Marshmallow, and Milk Sugar
Tox Angels Trumpet

This is a scaled up and fully hop saturated version of our beloved Angel Wings. It starts with more of the same hop selection in Angel Wings and the Devil’s Trumpet base recipe, the goal being to exude heavy citrus and tropical fruit flavors. We notice bursting aromas of citrus and tropical fruit followed by flavors of citrus, peach, passion fruit, and subtle biscuit. We dare you to put down your glass once this deceivingly high ABV treat coats your palate with enslaving hop oils.

Tox Buckeye

Named after the nut and midwestern chocolate peanut butter treat, this stout brewed with peanut butter powder and conditioned on a huge dosing of raw cacao nibs, rounded out with vanilla and a touch of Himalayan sea salt. This stout is oozing with salted peanut butter and creamy chocolate flavors, especially as you let it warm in your glass. We are happy to have this beer back after a three-year hiatus since we first brewed it with the Wiseman family!

A big IPA named after a small animal... The one featured in our logo. Dart Frog is made with hops exclusively from New Zealand. A cleaner grain bill is paired with a delicate but pungent-with-flavor selection of hops. Tropical aromas and a soft pillowy mouthfeel are complemented by flavors of wine grapes, berries, and tropical fruit salad.

Eft is not only a cute lil’ Newt with toxic skin (don’t eat one), but it’s also the name of our rotating hop IPA series. We took our favorite IPA bill and made the whirlpool with a focal hop paired with a consistent blend of some of our favorite, most versatile hops that will best showcase and amplify the flavors of the rotating marquee hops. We finish it with a big dry hop of that same central hop. Strata is known in the biz to carry properties reminiscent of a super dank Citra flavor. Huge notes of earthy mango, passion fruit, ripe melon, and peach. What do you taste?
Tox Foxglove

Our classic hazy IPA made with an explosion of American and New Zealand hops creating a hoptimal juicy flavor balance. Foxglove pours straw yellow in color and has a strong tropical aroma up front. We feel a soft and fluffy mouthfeel followed by strong flavors of mango, melon, peach, grapefruit, and white wine grape, with a pleasant bright bitterness.

Fugu is Inspired by beach days on the Connecticut coast, a perfect wooded New England hike, and catching just the right wave right after sunrise. Immensely aromatic and complexly hoppy for its crushable nature, Fugu combines a carefully selected combination of American hops (Citra, Cashmere & El Dorado). Flavors of earthy citrus, papaya, grapefruit, and a subtle note of watermelon all swirl on the pallet with a finishing pop of appropriate bitterness.

Pharm Party takes on two experimental directions we have been wanting to explore. The first one being water chemistry. We tried some things with water and unfermentables to achieve a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. We also wanted to explore separating select hops in the whirlpool and dry hop to play into what we know and have learned about their individual strengths. Used in different stages, Pharm Party 9 features Citra, Idaho 7, Strata, and Galaxy. We are getting huge notes of berry flavored taffy, tropical smoothie, and a hint of citrus hard candy.
