We've learned that it's impossible to always plan for the future, and the ability to adapt to current situations is a required skill set. We adopted a few new techniques and ingredients to help us brew this India Pale Ale and then double dry hopped it with a blend of Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7. The result is a soft India Pale Ale bursting with citrus and tropical fruit notes.

The 5th annual blend is comprised of five different Pacific Northwest-grown varieties, including HBC 586, Ekuanot®, Idaho 7®, Chinook, and Triumph brand hops. This blend creates a hop pellet with a much wider range of flavor characteristics. This year's hop donation recipient is HunterSeven Foundation, an organization specializing in medical research and education on the post-9/11 veteran cohort. Beer'd Brewing will also donate $2 per 4-pack to Veterans Equine Therapeutic Services (V.E.T.S). V.E.T.S is a local non-profit that provides therapeutic healing services to the broad veteran community through equine, agricultural and educational engagement.
