Husband and wife team Chuck and MJ Silva have set out on a new adventure to the central coast of California for a fresh start opening Silva Brewing. Chuck's ultimate dream has always been to own and operate his own business and brew on his own terms. With support and a not so subtle push from MJ they turned this dream into a reality.
With Chuck’s contributions in the brewing industry for nearly 18 years, the Silva name has become popular for high quality, superior flavor, and innovation.
Our small batch offerings range from fresh, vibrant, and verdant hop centric IPA'S to clean crisp traditional styles as well as unique farmhouse ales and barrel aged specialty brews. Some of our fresh beer offerings and our unique farmhouse ales will infuse locally grown ingredients, embracing all that California's central coast has to offer.

Named after the groves of walnut trees dotting our local landscape and the mild hint of walnut flavor that graces this milk stout’s light sweetness. A brown-black colored beer is topped by creamy tan beer foam infused with mild roasted malt and nutty black walnut aromas. Perfectly balanced flavors of roasted and caramel malts get a slightly sweet and creamy finish with a dose of lactose in the boil kettle and nitrogen conditioning in the finish.
