Polotmavy is a hoppy amber lager that is all about the malt. It has a full flavor yet dry finish, toasted aroma yet floral hops, and a malty yet spicy flavor. So OK, it's about the hops too. 100% Czech Saaz hops. Polotmavy is loosely translated as "half-dark" or amber as we know it, and is yet another style of Czech beer rarely found in the US. Na zdravi!
