So what is the Loomi Gose? The Gose is a top fermented ale that’s known for its tartness and saltiness. It’s a sour wheat beer that’s closely related to the Belgian Witbier and Berliner Weisse. The “Loomi” is another term for black (dried) limes, one of the ingredients we added along with dried coriander and black pepper. That’ll be the zesty hit you need to wake up your winter taste buds!
