Cooter Brown was a family man who lived on the Mason-Dixon line during the Civil War. So that he would not have to fight for either side, he decided to stay inebriated for the entire war. To salute his peaceful manner, we named our brew in his honor. Smoother than silk, Cooter has deep, roasty caramel notes, rich chocolate maltiness and an American hop bitterness balanced to perfection.
