Holy smokes we packed a lot of hops into this beer. More than 4 pounds per barrel in fact. This beer is focused on one and only one thing, HOPS! Mosaic make up about 75% of the hop bill, Citra about 17%, and Columbus fills out the rest with about 8%. Cheers to extra life with more hops!

We’ve taken the base beer of Hello, LA and started a single hopped IPA series to explore how individual hops express themselves all alone. For this round we chose the super citrusy El Dorado hop. The base beer is a bright, pungent IPA that on one hand has punchy hops but still retains good drinkability. This IPA finishes dry with not too much body or malt to get in the way of the hops. Lots of lemony, fruit loop like flavors from El Dorado. Really Fun! Drink up!

Neon - We love our new world hops, so of course we dry hopped with more than 3 lbs per barrel of Mosaic, Galaxy, and Citra for this prototypical west coast IPA. For the malt bill we stuck to our go to of 2-row, vienna, and carapils, but added a bit of acid malt to give the neon a touch of acidity. What we ended up with is a bright, juicy west coast IPA that stays focused on the hops and balances dank, greener notes with the citrus and fruit driven leanings of new wave hops. 7.3% abv
