This IPA is made “New England style,” meaning it’s extremely hazy and extensively dry hopped. We chose Mosaic, Denali, Citra, Ekuanot, and Simcoe hops to create a tropical citrus hop aroma with mild pine notes. For the mash, we used pale malt, Cara 8, malted white wheat, and rolled oats. The result is an IPA that’s a delightful departure from the Northwest styles we’ve offered in the past.
