On hand pull. Pours a light amber-yellow with aromas of mandarin, pine, and light honey. The resinous aromas follows through to the taste and light-medium body. Medium high carbonation lifts the flavours before the delicate bitterness lends to taper out the clean finish.

On Hand pull. During 1944/45 the B17 Bomber - Big Yank - completed 50 combat missions, attacking targets throughout Germany. Big Yank is packed full of American hops bombarding your palette with soft fruit and citrus flavour. The resinous hop oils continue to excite the taste buds through to the semi aggressive bitterness. A malt backbone is there, but won't impede the journey through hop heaven.
