Their Oktoberfest is here to celebrate the season. Brewed to the upper end of the alcohol limit of the classic style, they use all German Vienna and Munich malts. Oktoberfest vary widely in color depending on their historical tradition. We chose to replicate the most common style in the North which is lighter in color but still rich in flavor. This beer is the first beer that they’ve filtered, making it crystal clear to complement the malty sweet flavor.
