Blind Squirrel Brewery
Blind Squirrel Brewery is a small batch brewery located in the historic Toe River Valley of Avery County, NC. We focus on producing only the finest ales using the best ingredients. Our main facility in Plumtree, NC plays host to our taproom and restaurant, bed n breakfast, river decks, river tubing, and two disc golf courses. One mile away is our Farm Retreat and Campground Property. The Farm Retreat provides fresh produce for our restaurants. The campground is developed to accommodate tent camping, RV hook ups, and hard lodging rentals. This is also home to our Zipline Experience. Come fly through the trees like our furry friends!

We brew our IPA with just the right amount of bittering hops, but we make sure to focus on the more delicate qualities of humulus lupulus. That's why we load it up with late addition hops that inundate the senses with piney, citrusy and floral contributions.

If you like big complex beers, look no further. Our Tripel is brewed using a simple malt bill and only a few hop additions. While the malt and hops do contribute to the final product it's really the yeast that's on display here
