Duchessa is a traditional style Saison from craft brewers Birra Del Borgo. An eye catching golden hue sets up the very broad nose, filled with fruit and floral aromas with hints of pepper spice. A good, balanced body with slight acidity makes for a pleasing, refreshing finish.

Inspired by the Nordic tradition, it is a dark colored stout. During the brew, fresh oysters were added with their shells. They were rare Fin de Claire N2 from Brittany's coast, to be precise (15 kilos of oysters for 500 liters of gyle). Its aroma has beautiful roasted, slightly savory and mineral notes given by the shell. It has a creamy and full-bodied mouthfeel, with a pleasant, not too strong salty ending.

American IPA6.2% ABV

An Italian IPA. All hops are added during the last 10 minutes of the boil. The result is an explosion of perfumes, in a range from citrusy (grapefruit, bitter orange, mandarin) to resiny. Caramel and honey flavors balance on the tongue. The mouth feel is dry, with immediate bitterness; it then finishes with a beautiful, persistent tangerine note.
