With fruit sourced from our San Ardo Ranch (just north ofPaso Robles, CA) this Zinfandel (75%) was blended with Petite Sirah (25%) for color. Planted on the highest peak, these chalky soils produce fruit of intense flavors and unique mineral qualities. Fermented in Stainless Steel and aged 11 months in Oak Cooperage.
