Boy, were we juiced to put the Juicer to the beet juice test with this one. We added 3 gallons of freshly juiced, beet juice to this kettle soured Berliner Weisse giving it a neon pink hue. “Let’s turn on the juice and see what gets loose” Beetlejuice, that’s 3 times!
