This German-style schwarzbier has a deep, dark color and gently roasted malt flavors balanced by an understated hoppiness. A thirst-quenching version of dark beer and a two-time GABF medal winner. Brewed with German specialty grains including beechwood-smoked malt and debittered black malt, then lovingly aged for five weeks. B3K is fabulous food-pairing beer, especially with grilled or smoked meats, savory dishes and anything with umami flavors, it also works as a dessert beer with chocolate.
