Initial notes of citrus and tropical fruits quickly round off into ripe melons, finishing off with soft grassy tones. Crisp hop presence but no lingering bitterness. Light bodied and bone dry. Hops in kettle: Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, Huell melon. Dry hops: Citra, Amarillo, Huell melon.
