Named after the Patron Saint of Wolves, this Belgian style Pale Ale is brewed with sweet orange and crystallized ginger. It has flavors of sweet orange and smooth malt with a hint of spicy ginger in the finish. The Abbey yeast gives some fruitiness which combines with the sweet orange along with medium hop bitterness.
