This single-hopped IPA featuring Chinook hops will be the first of a single hop series designed to explore characteristics found in different hop varieties and embrace each one for its uniqueness. We started the series with Chinook hops because we love its strong “pine-like” aroma with a touch of spice and mild fruitiness followed by a touch of grapefruit . We brought out the flavors and aromas by multiple hop additions during the boil and then by adding a huge infusion of hops at the end during our dry-hopping process.
