This single-hopped IPA featuring Centennial hops will is the second in our single hop series designed to explore characteristics found in different hop varieties and embrace each one for its uniqueness. The Centennial hops give great orange flavor with a floral nose. We brought out the flavors and aromas by multiple hop additions during the boil and then by adding a huge infusion of hops at the end during our dry-hopping process.
