Our fourth beer in the well-received “Single-Hop” IPA series utilizes only Cascade hops in the kettle, whirlpool, and fermenter for dry-hopping. Only Northwest Pale Ale Malt is used to showcase the characteristics of the Cascade hop, showing off its flowery/citrus aroma and flavors of citrus with a touch of spicy pine.
