The latest beer in the well-received “Single Hop” IPA series utilizes only Amarillo hops in the kettle, whirlpool, and for dry-hopping. We use only Northwest Pale Ale Malt to showcase the unique characteristics of the Amarillo hop resulting in big grapefruit and orange flavors and aromas.
