A definite West-Coast version of Amber Ale. A great blend of malts followed by a good hoppy kick makes this a perfect fit for our warm So-Cal Autumn weather! We blended Vienna, Carastan, Honey and Caramel malts to achieve great balance in a lighter bodied ale with a beautiful amber hue. Multiple hop additions included Centennial, Citra and Cascade with a final Dry-Hop addition of Centennial, Cascade and Falconers Flight.
