Initial flavor is a rush of fudge chocolate and dessert adjuncts followed by a bold pepper spice that builds with each sip, progressively getting hotter. Vanilla and chocolate linger after each sip, balancing the heat and creating a dessert beer that is not overly decadent. While this is a dessert stout, our Monster series falls closer to candy than thick pastries. This allows for fresh consumption anytime, rather than holding onto for a special occasion. Cinnamole Monstah should be consumed fresh and never aged.
