This beer starts with a subtle aroma of Mexican Sage from our own VCB Farm Gardens. The flavor flows from the initial sweetness to toasted hints of sage and roasted malts. It finishes with a reserved hop spice and returning notes of the sage. Each taste reveals more complex notes of the malts and smoke woods of Cherry, Hickory, Alder and Bourbon barrel oak.
Hop additions: Columbus, Liberty & Citra.
Malts include: Smoked Barley.
