This is our homage to the Biggest Grizzly killed in California (2200 lbs.) in 1866. It is over-the-top on hops and has a big, bold flavor with a smooth finish for one big grizzly bear. Hop additions: a pure “wet” hopped beer using locally-grown Nugget hops.
