A kettle soured brown ale with a proprietary culture from 1912 Brewery in Tucson, blackberries and pinot noir soaked oak staves are added, then the beer is allowed to rest for several weeks. The flavors merge together and bring a juicy, rich flavor to this brown ale. Notes of chocolate from roasted malts help round it out.
