This beer is a malty treat. We started with 2-row malt and added an array of lightly kiln-dried crystal malts, thus providing a roast backbone with a touch of caramel. We hopped this guy up with Sterling hops, providing slight floral hop character. Finally we added brown sugar at the end of the boil to boost ABV a little bit and help provide just a touch of sweetness finish to this Brown Sugar Amber Ale.
