Uncle Bear's Blasted Bear British Brown Ale

In collaborative efforts with Blasted Barley Beer company in Tempe, AZ. Uncle Bear's Brewery is pleased to release the Blasted Bear British Brown Ale. We took Marris Otter 2-Row malt from England and paired it with an array of crystal malts to create a delicious malty beer. Next, we added a local desert flower honey and lactose (milk sugar) to give the beer a soft creamy mouthfeel and a touch of sweetness. Then we pitch our British Ale yeast and let it do the work! The result is decadent, malty, semi-sweet brown ale with a creamy mouthfeel and a signature nutty/fruit yeast character.
