We got a bit crazy and made a Blackberry Lime Wheat beer.
This is the same wheat base we use for Mandarin Wheat, then we added 30 pounds per barrel, of Blackberry Lime Puree. That's a pound of fruit, per gallon of beer! The fruit is not fermented out thus the ABV is right around 5%.
