Brewed with white grape must and gooseberries, Farm Side brings a filtered, clear pale yellow color with a creamy, clingy lace to the glass. Fruity and musty in the nose. Crisp, tannic, grapes, musty, yeasty a faint tartness and some bubblegum open up the palate, with an underlying astringency that runs throughout, into the dry finish, and dominating the linger.
