Like Bad Tom, our chocolate stout brings with it darkness, but it will leave you rejoicing with its pleasant, lingering sweetness, beautiful roundness and a touch of roastiness. Our brewers married roasted barley with chocolate malts, natural cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, and cinnamon sticks allowing it to pour the color of onyx and topped with a fluffy, tan head. The aroma is reminiscent of roasted espresso beans and decedent chocolate, with a tinge of cinnamon spice. Tombstone is sure to leave you with a feeling that will allow you to rest in peace.
