Three Notch'd "Roux 40"

In collaboration with our friends less than a mile down the road at South Street Brewery, the recipe for this beer combines qualities from South Street’s ‘Roux’ Red IPA and our ’40 Mile’ IPA. The hop profile of our ’40 Mile’ provides an abundance of El Dorado and Centennial hops that give the beer a tropical, peach, and orange/citrus profile. The array of caramalts and crystal malts from the ‘Roux’ offer a great, complex, malty foundation to support the hop profile.
