Take our Valkyrie Chocolate Stout, put it in a bourbon barrel for a few months with some extra cacao and lactobacillus, and then add sweet cherry puree as a counterpoint to the tartness, and you'll get chocolate cherry pie in a glass. It's dessert beer time.
