Miskatonic is our take on a Hazy IPA. It's not 'typical', because we're not so much into fads around here. It's got aromas and flavors of tropical fruits like pineapple and a touch of mango. It's hazy because of the kick ass yeast that fermented this baby to a clean and dry 7%. And it's got a nice bitterness, because we feel if you want an IPA that's not bitter, you probably shouldn't be drinking IPA.
