Marilyn is one of a series of experiments brewing with honey and some new (to us) hops. Typical for a blonde ale, she's bright and refreshing, and finishes dry thanks to an addition of buckwheat honey in the fermenter. Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Blanc add some subtle fruity aromas and flavors and a pleasant finish.
