A refreshing, easy drinking, artisanal ale. Some fruit and spice in the nose leads to dry spice and hop flavor on the palate. The grist of mixed grains including Vienna, Oat and local Rye Malt and a modern Franco-American hop schedule of Loral, Citra, Equanot and local Cascade well compliment the Saison yeast strain.
