Graf is a blend of fermented apple juice and beer to make a beer/hard cider blend that is truly unique. It's not a historical style, but is instead inspired by Stephen King's Dark Tower series. This version was brewed along IPA/Pale Ale lines and dry hopped with Pacific Jade and Galaxy hops to add some tropical fruit aroma and flavor.
