Another World is a blend of red sour beers aged in oak barrels. Fermented with various strains of yeast and bacteria, this red sour beer presents notes of black cherries and caramel. We drew inspiration for creating a second blend of Another World from the thought that yeast and bacteria live by their own rules in their own world. An intriguing world that is so different from ours, yet observable through our senses of taste and smell.
