Wild Ale with Blood Oranges. Beginning with a base beer that has been maturing in our Oak Foeders for 12 months, then transferred to first use wine barrels, we blended in a fresh golden ale with an amazing amount of blood oranges added. The result: a refreshingly crisp new wild ale, piquant notes of citrus peel, and a burst of juiciness that finishes bone-dry thanks to the Brett and oak tannins from the Foeders.
