This hazy golden India Pale Ale is brewed primarily with Viking Xtra Pale Ale malt which gives a distinct malt profile of fresh bread. The flaked oats and malted wheat are used to increase the mouthfeel to create a richer profile. We use 100% Citra Hops both on the hot side and in dry hopping. Citra lends beautiful citrus notes, and the 3 pounds per barrel dry hopping program increases those citrus notes on the nose, adds some floral aromas and adds hop sweetness as well.
