Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Sarasota, Calusa! We added Cashmere Hopzoil™, which is the pure essential oil made from fresh hops, steam-distilled right out of the field at harvest time. This process provides an intense freshness unlike conventional dried processed hops. The result captures fresh “wet hop” aroma and flavors. HS11 brings complex aromas of citrus and tropical fruit to the front, Flavors of Florida citrus, peach, and melon. Finishing with secondary notes of pine & lemongrass.
